Random Thoughts / Nikkor-S.C 50mm f1.4
__
So I finally mustered enough courage to mount this super archaic dinosaur era Nikon lens. I had it for quite a long time, but never really tried to put it on. I half-tried once but I chickened out, haha. Last night I felt that itch again so I did my homework and yay– found out that it's ok to mount it.
Not the bestest, lightest, and easy-to-use-est lens evar, but beggars can't be choosers! haha No, seriously, this works fine for me. It only works on Manual mode so using this one will def take a lot of patience, time and practice...and a little bit of photochopping! Colors usually come out whacked out (when in manual mode, wrong settings = fugly exposure = fugly colors), not very me, so a little photochoppage won't hurt.
Took it out for a test drive!
More practice and patience (and then some) and I'll be in f1.4 heaven.
