Random Thoughts / Killing Time at the Collective
I'm kaladkarin. Kaladkarin is somebody who you can drag anywhere, anytime, hehe. Just text me and if I can, I will. That kaladkarin. But last week was different because it was me who made kaladkad this time. (Or not? I probably make kaladkad all the time hehe and oh excuse that sentence, I am not conio ha okay haha.) I dragged my friend Moski to go with me to the Flow 6 launch last week.
The meeting I went to prior to the Flow event finished very early so we just decided to go to the Flow thing ahead of the 6pm time to avoid traffic and general haggardness. We never realized though that 430pm was wayyyy to early! haha We wanted to avoid rush hour traffic kasi hehe. We had lots of time to kill. Good thing that the Collective is just around the corner! Hi the Collective, we meet again!
After checking out some of the galleries and the stores, we went to Wabi Sabi for a quick dinner. Nomnomnom time!

Events / SM X 2010 AUP Yearbook Launch

A couple of weeks ago we finally launched the fruit of our hardwork, efforts, and many sleepless nights—X: SM 2010! Silang Memoirs (SM) is the official yearbook of my school, Adventist University of the Philippines.
I have never—not even in my wildest dreams (okay maybe yes but still, haha)—imagined myself ending up as EIC of this school publication, but oh well, this is where the winds brought me, hehe. Long story.
Will post pics of the actual book later! For now here are the launch pics. Nothing big or bongga, hehe—just us, the admin people, some students, and visitors, and that's just about it.
It wasn't exactly the kind of launch that I had in mind but considering how understaffed we were, and how we all lived far from each other, and how limited our time was, AND how I was super sick that day (super super sick the night before), I think we pretty much pulled it off. If I may say so, hehe. Thanks to my amazing staff and friends!
After the launch, we had lunch. Hehe Launch, lunch, hehe wala lang. Just wanted to say that.

I have tons of random everyday photos on my drive and I have been meaning to post them but sometimes I just can't come up with good post titles. Haha. I'm not really good in naming things (our late cat didn't have an official name...). We have tumblr for all that randomness and more but Tim Berners-Lee knows how the last thing I need now is another online account. Ah well. So there, excuse my title. I just wanted to post these, hehe. But infair, that's true—me and my friends are happy people, really. ☺
